We have Zoom Events Unlimited | 500, but host a one-off yearly event with up to 3,000 attendees.
We were advised to purchase Zoom Events Pay-Per-Attendee for 3,000 attendees, however we're not sure how to actually use this...
We have created hubs but they both have attendee limits of 500, not the 3,000 that we were hoping for.
How do we go about creating a hub using the PPA plan? Thank you!

@EmmaL03 Hi there, thanks for posting this question.
If you have a Zoom Events 500 and PPA license assigned then every new hub you create from this point onwards will be PPA hub. Your first hub will be the Unlimited 500 license.
- You can see the kind of hub it is by clicking on Configuration > Plan Details on the left toolbar. It will then have the info.
- When you create your new event on the PPA hub, click on Event configuration > Event Capacity, you can set the capacity you wish to have there. With PPA it can go all the way up to 50,000 by default (we support 100,000 as well if needed). In your case you can set the capacity to be limited to 3,000 if that is what you are looking to do.

Hey, Emma,
Sounds like you're set up for now. But if you're going to do this in the future, I think there is a change on the Zoom Events pricing page that would allow you to acquire a 3,000 attendee subscription license for a month at $2,649:
Given that a PPA 3,000 Attendee license is about double the cost, it would be worth exploring that option.
There are many things to consider, though. The Subscription license (formerly called "Unlimited") would cap you at 3,000 attendees for any events run out of it, whereas a PPA 3,000 license can be applied to an event, and additional "seats" acquired in a variety of increments and cost-per-attendee if you end up with a larger crowd.
