Can't find Simulive option

I haven't paid zoom webinar account and I am currently running live webinar once a week but I do want the option to create Simulive webinar and trying to follow along the tutorial. I see that on the webinar creation page I don't have any webinar type options to pick from, also I cannot find any information about it anywhere else not on YouTube not on Google and not on the zoom knowledge base. Does anyone know something about it?

The Simulive feature is only available if the Webinar owner is also holding a Zoom Events or Zoom Sessions license.  It is not generally available to all Webinar licenses.
