On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello, I got the zoom events plan and a problem is happening. When I test start the meeting and when I chat something and when I end the meeting, after that, when I go in to the management screen, And I can’t see the chats I can see how much chats send but I can’t see what is in the chat. Is this normal? Can’t I see the chats after the meeting in zoom events? Please help me out

hi @Kendesu 

at the end of a meeting the owner of the meeting will have the chats saved in the docs/zoom folder.

If it is not your meeting you can save the chat at any time using 3 dots at the top of the chat window.
If the dots are not there, it is becuase the meeting owner has disabled that feature.
