My users who have scheduling privileges are seeing an issue with the addon.

If they open the Addon on the side panel of Google Calendar, make their setting changes to  a meeting that they are not a host of and then click Update Meeting, it looks the meeting has changed hosts.  This is a bug.

We have a handful of users experiencing a weird issue with their Zoom addon for Google Calendar. When they had Zoom to their invite, they receive a message that says "Notice to host: Please save this event to sync its title and start time to the meeting, and this notice will be auto-removed shortly afterward. If it isn't, open the Zoom add-on from the sidebar and click on this event."

They do all of that but then when they go to start the meeting the host and all participants receive a screen that says Invalid Meeting ID. I've tried just about everything to fix this issue but have had no success. 

Has anyone else had this happen before? Thanks!

Saw this blog post about Shared Backgrounds app, I tried searching under under Zoom Apps unable to find "Share Backgrounds". I can only see "Shared Background" app which is different from the below blog post.

I tried to install a JWT token with a "far away" expiration on my application client. I do not understand why this token is rejected.

Usually, the token is rejected when an account is created with google or Facebook "fast sing up" method or when the standard account - created with email and password - is not enabled (the person didn't click on the first email of zoom, the one that is used to verify the email).

This costumers account is enabled, I can create the token but it is rejected by my client.

Do you know a method to verify if the account is really enabled? (in other words to verify if the first mail of Zoom is really clicked).

Can anyone recommend a calendar app that will allow us to see meetings for all 15 Zoom accounts we have?

Each account is a teacher and they are assigned numerous courses at different times, with each course being a Zoom meeting that is a recurring event.

I have looked at quite a few but not really seen anything that works in a virtual school setting.

Any tips/recommendations welcome.

Hi!  Thank you, in advance, for your help .  I have 3 apps:  Mural; Catch up; and Coda.  I need all three.  When I am hosting a meeting, and I click on "apps" in control bar, I only see one app - Mural.  How do I get the others to show up there so that I can use them?

I have a user trying to import PMI past meetings using Zoom LTI in Canvas, basically wants to see past recordings on the recording tab, but user is getting the attached error.

Can we import PMI meetings/recording or is not support it by the LTI?
