Hi All,

I have a user trying to import PMI past meetings using Zoom LTI in Canvas, basically wants to see past recordings on the recording tab, but user is getting the attached error.

Can we import PMI meetings/recording or is not support it by the LTI?

Hi, maybe try signing out and signing in again? Or, try creating a new zoom account.
