I'm struggling to get games working so that I can play with family/friends - I installed LGN poker, and it shows up right in the Zoom program along with the meeting of friends who are trying to play together. However, for my friend, every time she tries to open the game in the Zoom meeting, it redirects to a browser and just says in the Zoom meeting itself "LGN Poker is open in your browser. Please position your browser window next to Zoom to play"
 
This is becoming very frustrating, as some people who want to connect via Zoom and play are not very technologically savvy. They don't want to have to juggle multiple windows. Also, one of us doesn't have to do this, and it seems to work fine directly in the Zoom program while others are required to use a browser.

Salesforce Integration not working on Lightning

Hi.

 

We've been using the Salesforce/Zoom app successfully for a number of months but are now in the process of moving across to Lightning. Any users that are using Classic can use the Zoom integration with no issues but as soon as they switch to Lightning, calls no longer log correctly and the dialpad goes missing from their page layout. If the salesperson switches back to classic, the integration works again. Our Salesforce admins can't identify any issues with page layouts etc.

 

We thought that updating the app to v19 may help but were wondering if the update would just be a simple update or would require a full reinstallation? Or are we missing something?

Added apps don't show under My Apps - Who is the Admin of my account needed for approving added apps

I am using my own paid zoom account but when trying to add apps (Kahoot and others) I need to click the pre approval button and thus approval from my "admin". Who is that admin? The added app does not show under My apps. I can open Kahoot in Zoom aft... Show more

I am using my own paid zoom account but when trying to add apps (Kahoot and others) I need to click the pre approval button and thus approval from my "admin". Who is that admin?

 

The added app does not show under My apps. 

 

I can open Kahoot in Zoom after having selected it from the list of apps. 

However, when starting the Kahoot it is not automatically shared with the Zoom participants as the instructions promise.

I wonder whether this problem starts that the app is not under My Apps.

When opening the Zoom App Marketplace, the page is caught up in a loop and does not get out or does anythings.

 

Any ideas? Many thanks!!

I configured my Auth app at Martekplace. When i try to install i recieve an error: Resource not found.

 

When i try to configurate on Integromat i recieve this error: 

Error

[4700] Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [user:write:admin, user:read:admin, user:read, user:write, user_info:read, user_profile].

 

I don't no what i'm not doing well.

I am getting this error when I try to schedule on behalf of someone else. However, when I click on "Click Here" it takes me to the App page. I have already clicked on "Enable" and have updated.

 

"Schedule For" is not available because Shared Access Permissions is not enabled. Click here to visit Zoom Marketplace and enable "Allow this app to use my shared access permissions"for the Google Workspace app from the Shared Access Permissions column.

The problem each time opening the ZOOM URL user gets OKTA username and password prompt window and, only after is being logged in to ZOOM.

 

The question is: What do we need to configure for not get username and password prompt window of OKTA?

Resolved! Manual Installation of Custom Oauth App on all subaccounts.

Hi

 

I have created an Oauth app at account level. Is there a way I can install or Uninstall this app from the sub accounts managed under the root account?

 

If not manual install, Can I at least uninstall already subscribed users from that app.

authorizing

I have two accounts and when I tried to connect zoom to calendly it said i needed authorization from the administration 

and I am the administration on another email address.  How do I authorize it so it can be used with calendly?

Hey Everyone.
I ma using zoom webbooks for listing of event . currently on my app setting  unable the meeting join and left event.
and also enable the rejoin option for participant  in my zoom application.
i am facing the issue when host removed user from meeting after some time received event of join user (user that removed from host ). cannot understand why this happened .No request from participant to joined meeting after host removed  the participant.
Please help me on this case why webhooks behave like this.
