Hello! When I call a slack channel through Huddle, the call icon for the channel appears in the sidebar. But when I call the channel through Zoom, the call icon for the channel does not appear. How can this be fixed?

I have integrated salesforce to zoom, I authorized Zoom for webinars. But all things are done with my user. Can I do the same with different users in salesforce, I mean, I want to sync other user's webinars also but I am not getting any option to do that because at a time only one API key is supported. And when the other user-created a webinar in salesforce it is not created in zoom. It's showing user does not exist. Please guide me if I am missing something in the process. Thank You.

Hello, Our company is interested in exploring the Salesforce-Zoom Integration which can be found on Salesforce's App Exchange. If meetings are started using the Start Zoom Meeting button on the contact record and if they are recorded, does the recording get automatically uploaded in Salesforce or does it only get stored in our Zoom cloud storage space? I developed a program to download zoom cloud recordings with zoom api.
It works well before but unable to download recordings anymore after 2022/6/15
I used following API to get cloud recording's download url and download zoom cloud recordings with the download url and OAuth access token.
My OAuth app's scope has recording:read and recording:write permissions.
I refresh the access token every time before calling the recording api.

Used the download_url can download cloud recorinds files.
Before 2022/6/15(maybe eariler), the downloading went fine.
Since then, by the list recordings API, I can get all of my cloud recordings's info as well as before.
But when I download cloud recording by the download url. I got a HTML file that shows a zoom webpage displaying [No permission.( 200)] error.

I have checked zoom settings and API's change logs.
There is no change in change logs and settings are not changed.
[Cloud recording downloads] is disabled as same as before. Some reasons I have to disable it.
OAuth app's scope has recording:read and recording:write permissions.
And I found user with Owner role can download cloud recordings,but with Member role cannot.

1)Is there any change in download api that caused this [No permission.( 200)] error recently?
2)Does download url check the setting of [Cloud recording downloads]?
3)When [Cloud recording downloads] is diabled, Is there any other method if I can't use the download url?

Hi, I am a little confused about what I am paying for at the moment - we have a work zoom account (I am the owner) with 4 licences for our different office sites - I am currently paying $69 per month for a Room Connector (not sure if I need this) plus $839.60 annually for the Standard Pro with 4 licences - I am new to this Zoom thing, do I need the $69 a month charge or would our zoom work with just the standard pro annually? Hey! I think everything I have everything set up correctly with the Pardot Zoom App because I can successfully send registrant, attendee and absentee lists from Zoom to Pardot for free webinars. When I use the "Charge registration fee through PayPal" option in Zoom to create a paid webinar, the registrant information does not get sent to the configured Pardot list. Here are the Pardot Lists for a free and a paid webinar I set up to test. You can see that Attendees and Absentees sync correctly for both paid and free webinars, but registrants only sync for free webinars: Just to be clear: The integration is installed and working fine as far as I can tell. This issue ONLY applies to the registration list for paid (using the "Charge registration fee through PayPal" option) webinars. Has anyone else experienced this, and had any luck getting registrants to sync to Pardot with paid webinars?
