We exclusively rely on a Webhook-only application to capture Webinar Registrations data.It was working smoothly. However, we've observed a sudden halt in data transmission  to our Marketing Cloud data extension. No modifications were made on our end within the Marketing Cloud platform.

Deployment : 2023-10-10 . No data coming since : 2023-11-05 

 

In an attempt to troubleshoot, we re-validated the endpoint, only to encounter an 'Please validate your endpoint URL' error message.Zoom support team indicated a potential issue with the hash value, but it puzzles us why this discrepancy arose now when the system operated flawlessly last year.

 

Interestingly, we noticed two records were captured in the Marketing Cloud data extension recently, but upon personal testing, the system remains unresponsive.

 

Are there any recent updates pertaining to hash response mechanisms, particularly HMAC-SHA, that could shed light on this issue?

Oauth Connection

We had an active Zoom server-to-server oauth app that was working and at around August this last year it suddenly decided to stop working. I've come to the point that I can't figure it out on my own and I need to get some help from one of your engineers to help me troubleshoot.

What is happening is that, on my Oauth application, I am making a token request and *successfully* getting back an `access_token`. I then immediately go to use that token and get an invalid token response.

The most confusing part about this, again, is that this server-to-server app was successfully accepting API; however late last year it decided to not accept my freshly generated tokens.

Changing zoom accounts

I recently added Cronofy app to my zoom account. But I made a mistake and I need to revoke it (or just cancel the permissions?)
I looked for the Cronofy app in the app market as explained, but can't find it there. How can I do that?

Eventbrite Event not registering all on Zoom

I have an event with 26 registered via Eventbrite, however there are only 17 registered on Zoom.  No idea why this has happened or how to resolve.  May be something to do with orders with multi tickets but I don't know.

Automatically add Zoom meeting info to Google Calendar

We are paid users for both Google & Zoom. We have turned off Google Meet in our Google Workspace Calendar settings. Now when setting up a meeting, the Google Meet button is gone, but we have to physically click the  'Make it a Zoom Meeting' button to add the Zoom info to our Google calendar invites. This is an unnecessary step our users have to remember when setting up meetings. 

 

Is there a way to automatically add Zoom Meetings to Google calendar events without having to click the 'Make it a Zoom Meeting' button? I've searched forums to no avail so hoping someone has some guidance they can share to enable us to be as efficient as possible when we're scheduling meetings.
