Invalid access token, does not contain scopes

Hello,
I am trying to get Zoom's Meeting Summary with our custom application using API calls. However, I encountered the following error:
[4700] Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [meeting_summary:read:admin, meeting_summary:read].
I have ensured that our custom application's system has the necessary scopes.
What causes this issue?

No. But I found this announcement. So I'm waiting for the ZOOM official update.
