Whether you are just trying to understand what is available in the Marketplace, or you are already working on integrating with Zoom, we would love to talk to you about what we have to offer. Integrations – The main part of the Marketplace that users usually start with is the prebuilt integrations for Zoom and other applications. There are currently over 1400 integrations that users can install on their accounts. Webhooks – Webhooks are similar to APIs in that the customer can get data from Zoom in JSON format, but with webhooks, data is pushed to the customer whenever a subscribed event (e.g. a meeting starts) occurs. SDKs – SDKs (Software Development Kits) enable you to embed the Zoom Meeting experience into your own applications. Zoom has multiple SDKs that support various operating systems and browsers. Zoom Apps – The latest addition to the Zoom Marketplace is the Zoom Apps. These applications run inside the Zoom Client to provide additional features or functionality without having to switch windows or leaving the meeting. About the Marketplace The Marketplace is the one-stop-shop for downloading, creating, installing, managing or learning about integrations with Zoom, those developed by Zoom, 3rd parties, or by customers themselves. About Me I’m Dean, a former developer who now works for Zoom to help customers implement and manage Zoom. Having worked with integrations in the past, it is my passion now to help others in getting theirs set up since it unleashes even more power on an already incredible platform. Other Marketplace groupies and I will work to help you through any challenges you might have in your integrations. I am looking forward to hearing about what creative solutions you come up with to use Zoom!
Welcome!
APIs – APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) are the building blocks for creating, reading, updating and deleting data from Zoom. We use standard JSON interfaces for retrieving the data with OAuth and JWT authentication.

Dear Zoom Community Forum Team, I am reaching out to seek urgent assistance regarding a compliance issue we've encountered with the Zipow Upgrade SDK used in our app. We have recently been notified by Google that our application violates their Device and Network Abuse policy due to the presence of a non-compliant version of the Zipow Upgrade SDK (version code 15) in our app. Issue Details: To address this issue, we need to either upgrade to a policy-compliant version of the SDK or remove it entirely. However, we are currently unsure about the availability of a compliant version or the necessary steps to resolve this. Request for Assistance: Compliant SDK Version: Could you please provide guidance on whether there is a compliant version of the Zipow Upgrade SDK available? If so, we would appreciate detailed instructions on how to obtain and implement this version. Alternative Solutions: If no compliant version is available, we would like to understand the best course of action for removing or replacing the SDK to ensure our app adheres to Google’s policies. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is crucial to us as we aim to maintain compliance and continue offering our app on the Google Play Store. Please let us know if you require any additional information from our end. Thank you for your support and understanding.

I set the Timer app for 3 minutes and when I put the cursor over the START button the window turns black, I'm on a 2015 iMac computer.
I get an 'error.code40101' when adding Apps after pressing the 'Get' and 'Add' buttons from the Apps Marketplace Dashboard.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch Zoom Workplace -> Apps -> Add Apps -> Marketplace Dashboard -> Go to a particular App (like Figma) -> Click the Add button
OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Zoom Workplace Version: 6.1.11 (1545)

Hey! I've created a server to server connection to integrate my moodle with my zoom account, and in the moodle zoom's settings it says it's ok but when I try to create a new zoom session it says "Unable to find your account on Zoom." I'm using the same email on both accounts (moodle and zoom) How can I fix it? Thanks

Hi, I just integrated zoom and pardot and the marketing team would like to send the webinar link and registration through pardot. I tried to follow the zoom support article for this but the resulting form doesn't work. I think the issue might be in the HTML that they suggest to copy and paste? The HTML text is below. Is it correct to paste in the post url in the? Also, is it correct to input the Webinar ID after value? Or should I put it in after name? Also, the test form I created didn't have all of the suggested inputs like city or zip. Could this have also created the issue? The other thing I suspect could be at work here is in the main pardot-zoom integration the only field I mapped is the webinar link to a my custom field I created for zoom. I also though you need to map every field from zoom to pardot like name and email but when I tried to add those the only pardot fields that came up where the company custom fields so then I couldn't map name or email as these are standard fields. Am I missing something here to?<blockquote>

I want to quasi replicate a "feature" of in-person conferences, The classic "fish bowl." Which I've seen used as a way to engage attendees and collect business cards for networking opportunities, prizes, or further communications. Now, extend this concept to Zoom webinars. Does something like this exist? My audiences keep asking to share contact info with one another, but when we use a chat, it becomes unwieldy pretty quickly. I'm looking for something akin to polls, but with more custom fields that then dumps all input into a csv file that users can access so long as they've submitted their own info.

I'm in a bit of a bind with read.ai. I host a recurring meeting set up with "join before host" so that participants can interact if I am late or can't attend. At the very first meeting, a participant enabled read.ai, which I have disabled every time. That participant has not attended since that first meeting, and yet the read.ai prompt shows up at the start of the meeting every single time. I have read all the other posts by users who are trying to disable the read.ai service, and none of them apply here because (a) I don't have a read.ai account, (b) setting up a waiting room won't work with the "join before host" option, (c) the person who invited read.ai has not returned to the meeting but the read.ai bot still shows up, and (d) even if I reach out to that person, it isn't clear how she would turn off the service without joining the meeting. Is there any way to eliminate the read.ai service, or do I have to set up an entirely new meeting to do so?
