The app is not published and is listed as an unpublished app. Is it mandatory to publish the app in the marketplace.?

 

Is there a way for zoom team to review  the app without publishing?

Is there a way to query the zoom application to know that a meeting is about to start (or starting)?

In Salesforce when a user has multiple open browser tabs and makes a zoom phone call from one of them, the zoom phone window is being opened not only in the tab where the user started the call, but also in all other open Salesforce browser tabs.

Therefore, when the user finishes the call in the tab, where it was initiated and closes the zoom phone window there, the user also has to click through all other tabs to close Zoom Phone there as well.

 

Is there a way to avoid it?

I want to toggle the "Start HDMI content share manually on controller" switch using Zoom API. To navigate to this switch, go through Room Management -> Zoom Rooms -> *select a room* -> Room Settings -> Meeting -> Start HDMI content share manually on controller. 

 

I was going through the Zoom APIs and found this endpoint:

https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-rooms/methods/#operation/updateZRSettings

 

However, it doesn't have an option to toggle that setting. Is it even possible to do this through Zoom API? If not, what are the options that I have to accomplish this

Hello. I am trying to modify a call from the calendar. I am an admin. When I try to add a Zoom link to another user's shared  Google Calendar event, a message pops up: Failed to create a meeting for xxxx because shared access permissions are not enabled. Click here to visit Zoom Marketplace and enable "Allow this app to use shared access permissions: for the Google Workspace app.

However, I cannot find this option anywhere. Furthermore, when I open the Google Workspace app from Zoom Marketplace, I cannot modify the users or any permissions.

We also created a separate original app with same functions on iOS for iPad.

However cannot seem to control the switch to Avatar option in video setting when inside app on iPad.

Does anyone know if this option is available or if it is in roadmap?

Zoom 401 forbidden error in Make.com Workflow

I am building a workflow in Make that downloads the recordings of meetings, audio, transcrips videos etc and then process it further.
The flow works fine but Sometime it works fine. But many times this flow stops with an error saying :
401 Forbidden error
I have no idea why this happens sometime. Previously when this happened, i simply created a new webhook and it worked fine. but why should I do it everytime? because of this I am losing a lot of imp meetings data… Need to know the reason behind.

I have reached out to Make team and this is there response on this: "I have tested and discussed the issue with the team. We don’t have much visibility on the error since it is originating directly from Zoom’s side. I recommend reaching out to Zoom support using the raw body of the request and response provided below.
