I am seeing the following error, when using Azure Enterprise Application for Zoom, in the Azure Provisioning logs:

 

Failed to create User '***********' in Zoom; Error: StatusCode: Conflict

Message: Processing of the HTTP request resulted in an exception. Please see the HTTP response returned by the  "Response" property of this exception for details.

We Response:

{"schemas":[urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error:], "detail": "You can't add paid users.","status":409}. This operation was retried 5 times. It will be retried again after this date:

 

Any ideas would be very helpful?

Hello!

 

Our IT/Zoom Admin accounts installed the Pardot package for zoom. It seemed as if they added me and my team to the list of people who can access it. However, when I go to add pardot to my individual zoom account it is blocked saying I don't have permission. Where can I go in settings that verifies that I have the app? I would assume if it was added it would say "added/installed" on marketplace page not asking me to "add" it even though it's blocked off. It clearly says below I don't have permission to add it and I showed this to IT. However they are insisting my issue is on the Pardot side. On Pardot side I have 0 connected apps for webinars atm...

 

I'm just hoping someone can confirm that IT needs to add permission for me to actually add the app or am I missing something????'

Hey everyone! I've been trying to set up Livestreaming for UScreen and keep getting the following error message: Failed to connect to Zoom services Please refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error.

 

I've tried everything in restarting and refreshed and triple checked all the info was correct and it's still not working. have others faced this issue?

Hello,

I am using the Webinar API to retrieve a list of all absentee and registered users. Fetching all webinars and registrants works fine and returns no errors. However, when I try to retrieve the list of absentees, I receive the following error:

"response": string "{ "code": 3001, "message": "Meeting does not exist: [UUID]." }"

Here are the API calls I made that returned the error (I’ve replaced the actual UUID with "[UUID]" for privacy in this message):

https://api.zoom.us/v2/past_webinars/[UUID]/absentees
https://api.zoom.us/v2/report/webinars/[UUID]/participants
https://api.zoom.us/v2/report/webinars/[UUID]

When I check the list of all webinars, I can confirm that the webinar in question exists, so I am confused as to why I’m receiving this error.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hi! I've got a licenced account (Zoom OnePro) and I've read that with this one you can access Kahoot pro features. 

However, I don't seem to find the way to let Kahoot understand that I have a Zoom Pro account. 

It just keeps asking me to upgrade my Kahoot account every time I want to use a pro feature, even if I've opened Kahoot from the Zoom app a number of times and the emails are the same. 

Can someone help me? Is there something to change on the Zoom settings?

I want to build a customize zoom application in React. I want to integrate it in my website and want to display heartbeat and other facial expressions of the participants in the real-time(in the live zoom meeting). I tried to explore zoom meeting web SDK for it. However I found that web SDK doesn't allow access to raw video of the zoom so I can't process it to display heartbeat and other facial expressions. 
Is this possible to get the access to the raw video for making this kind of an app?

The Zoom Timer app no longer works for me as of yesterday. I have never had trouble with it before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Zoom app and the Timer app within Zoom, and restarted my computer. The problem remains. When I open the app, the Timer logo flashes briefly and then I get a black screen instead of the timer. I am running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and Zoom version 6.2.10

I am attempting to install the AI Notetaker and Transcription by Fireflies.ai app in Zoom. However, I am encountering an error message that states:

 

"You cannot install the app because you don't have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again."

 

The error message also mentions "Dashboard and Report > View Usage reports". I found view "Usage Reports" in the Reports section but I am not sure what this has to do with Dashboard and if I need to check anything in the Dashboard section of permissions, too?

 

Could you please clarify the specific permissions required to install the Fireflies.ai app in Zoom?

Fathom sometimes does not start when I start a Zoom call -no way to control it

I have a Zoom account and Fathom apparently comes with it. I want Fathom to automatically start recording on all of my Zoom meetings - It automatically starts on some of them, but most of the time when I start a Zoom, Fathom does not. In those cases I want to turn Fathom on for video recording and transcription  but there is no means of doing so. When I am in the non-Fathom meeting and I click on the "Apps" button at the bottom of the page, "Fathom" does not appear. It is a complete mystery to me why Fathom starts sometimes when I start a scheduled meeting, and sometimes does not. So if I can default to it automatically starting in every call, I can turn it off when needed. What's the secret? Why's it hard to find? I don't even know if I'm on the right board.
