Hi, I used the photo app in a session today (I've used it many times before). I took two photos and downloaded them both. Neither is in my downloads (where they ALWAYS have been), and neither is in my Zoom folder. Is there anywhere else I could look for them? Is there really no way to have those automatically housed in our accounts? That seems like a huge oversight.
Please tell me that there is a way to recuperate or find these pics.

I'm interested in some of the information I get here like app owners, activity logs and API call logs.
Is there a way to get some of these info through API? I tried https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/marketplace/#tag/app but it doesn't provide the info

I've been able to build my flow with a HttpCall widget to hit a webhook. I've verified the CallerID is passing successfully to my webhook and my webhook is responding with the following: What I'm currently stuck on is how to get the Support_Level value mapped to my global variable global_custom.Support.Support Level to be used in a Condition widget.{ "Data" : "{"Support_Level":"Priority"}"}

I am seeing the following error, when using Azure Enterprise Application for Zoom, in the Azure Provisioning logs: Failed to create User '***********' in Zoom; Error: StatusCode: Conflict Message: Processing of the HTTP request resulted in an exception. Please see the HTTP response returned by the "Response" property of this exception for details. We Response: {"schemas":[urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error:], "detail": "You can't add paid users.","status":409}. This operation was retried 5 times. Hello! Our IT/Zoom Admin accounts installed the Pardot package for zoom. It seemed as if they added me and my team to the list of people who can access it. However, when I go to add pardot to my individual zoom account it is blocked saying I don't have permission. Where can I go in settings that verifies that I have the app? I would assume if it was added it would say "added/installed" on marketplace page not asking me to "add" it even though it's blocked off. It clearly says below I don't have permission to add it and I showed this to IT. However they are insisting my issue is on the Pardot side. On Pardot side I have 0 connected apps for webinars atm... I'm just hoping someone can confirm that IT needs to add permission for me to actually add the app or am I missing something????' Thanks!

Hey everyone! I've been trying to set up Livestreaming for UScreen and keep getting the following error message: Failed to connect to Zoom services Please refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. I've tried everything in restarting and refreshed and triple checked all the info was correct and it's still not working. have others faced this issue?

Hello, I am using the Webinar API to retrieve a list of all absentee and registered users. Fetching all webinars and registrants works fine and returns no errors. However, when I try to retrieve the list of absentees, I receive the following error: "response": string "{ "code": 3001, "message": "Meeting does not exist: [UUID]." }" Here are the API calls I made that returned the error (I’ve replaced the actual UUID with "[UUID]" for privacy in this message): https://api.zoom.us/v2/past_webinars/[UUID]/absentees When I check the list of all webinars, I can confirm that the webinar in question exists, so I am confused as to why I’m receiving this error. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you in advance for your help!

How do I block invited participant's read.ai meeting notes from starting up/activating in a meeting I've scheduled on my account? (I am the only host.)
Hi! I've got a licenced account (Zoom OnePro) and I've read that with this one you can access Kahoot pro features. However, I don't seem to find the way to let Kahoot understand that I have a Zoom Pro account. It just keeps asking me to upgrade my Kahoot account every time I want to use a pro feature, even if I've opened Kahoot from the Zoom app a number of times and the emails are the same. Can someone help me? Is there something to change on the Zoom settings? Thanks in advanced!!
