We use Zoom webinars and Pardot (aka Account Engagement). Our Pardot instance has multiple business units, each of which host webinars. We like to use Pardot form to capture registrations, so as to keep our corresponding SF campaigns and Zoom webinars in sync.
I have had limited success in getting the Pardot app in the Zoom App marketplace to work. A big limitation thus far is that I cannot seem to integrate multiple business units at once. Does this app only support one Pardot business unit at a time?

Hi, actually we are strrugring to the same issue. As of our testing, same single sync user were using between multi BU and single SF instance, and this sync user seems not able to changed, so it seems that it is not possible to sync with the expecting BU's Prospect.
In our settings, the BU to which the records are synced is selected according to the value of the sync user have, which differs for each BU, but since the sync user cannot be selected for each BU, it seems that it is not possible to sync to the expected BU. (Seems the sync user is set for the BU installed the Zoom integration first or last.)
How about your issue detail? Whats your suspecting cause?

Hello @ShMats and @dhigginsCE,
Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.
I'm sorry, it only supports one business unit at a time, given it's an account-level app.
Thank you for understanding.
Have a good day!

Hi @MGSR ,
Thanks for clarifying that the app currently supports only one business unit at a time. We understand that it’s an account-level app, but we have multiple business units within our Pardot instance that host webinars.
Could you kindly share if there are any plans to support multiple business units in the near future? We believe such a feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage campaigns and events more efficiently across our organization.
Thank you again for your time and support. We look forward to your insights.
Regards,
Ranjith Kollu.

hi @MGSR
We need this feature as well. Have the same requirement. Multiple Pardot units but only 1 Zoom account. The Zoom account is linked already to one of the Business Units in Pardot.
I suggest moving this feature to the Zoom Webinar level instead of Zoom Account level where it is today. Make it part of the Webinar setup process so the host can choose the Business Unit in Pardot they want to send the Attendees, non-attendees, etc to go to.
thank you
