Unable to run Zoom from the desktop icono

Yesterday night when I wanted to run Zoom I tried it clicking the icon on the desktop ( as usual) but since then I haven´t been able to run Zoom again. I have unistall and install Zoom several times but it doesn´t run either.

What can you tell me about it. (12-10-2023)
