Zoom Connecting taking long

Hello, I am having challenges whenever I launched zoom. I have good network but whenever I launched, the connecting will on and never connect to the audio. The video movement is very slow. I have uninstall and install several time but still I am having the issue? Any support

Are you connecting using sso?

I also experience this about once a month but only on my Surface Pro.  My ipad never seems to have the same issue.
