You can force Zoom to ask where you want to save the recording after the meeting as well. Choose Google Drive.

You can also control this at a Policy Level

When you go to Settings --> Video --> Camera make sure you DON'T have "Stop my video when joining a meeting" checked.

Make sure you are clicking Edit to the right of your name on your Profile...this then opens up another page with more options...one of them is Display Name.
