Using a Polycom Trio 8500 as a Zoom Room Controller

Trying to replace iPad Zoom Room controller with Polycom Trio 8500- not able to paring the Zoom room

I have not used the Polycom device but here is Zoom's instruction manual for said connection.

Check the prerequisites and make sure they are correct?
