Auto Record and Passcode are always On

I am having trouble with the auto record and passcode everytime I a chnaged the setting under the personal room and in the user that the passcode and automatic recording is turn off.  There will be times that it will be back again and I always chnged it. What might be the reason an dhow to fixed this issue?

Hello!

 

How are you scheduling your meetings?  There's a chance that there's a setting in the plugin you're using to schedule your meetings that may be overriding the default setting you've put on the web-ui.
