Zoom Phone-Dynamics Integration


I recently enabled the Zoom Phone-Dynamics integration from the App Marketplace. I was able to get it configured and functioning. However, I noticed that the contact lookup feature isn't connecting to any of my contacts in Dynamics (for incoming or outgoing calls). I called from a test record and it showed as (Example) +1 555-555-5555 instead of tying it directly to the Contact. Seems like it might be a formatting issue since in Dynamics our phone numbers don't include the +1. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @joliva. Though I can’t offer exactly what you’re after, I do have a suggestion which is to check this KB article that shows how to integrate Dynamics, to make sure you got all the configurations right.
