why is it that i cant upload or delete the ones previously uploaded in zoom wallpaper

If you’re unable to change, upload, or delete meeting backgrounds, your Zoom admin may have restricted these actions, or your account may not have the necessary permissions. Check with your admin to confirm that custom backgrounds are enabled for your account.
