Bulk Delete Recordings

Is there a supported or recommended way (UI or API) to bulk-delete Zoom cloud recordings?

Depends on what you consider “bulk-deletion”. See this Zoom Support article for the current recommendation:

Note that this article has been recently revised. As with any delete operation, I recommend testing it on a small sample. Anything that is “trashed” inadvertently should be immediately recoverable from the Trash area. 

As for an API, you can certainly write your own process to export a list of files, remove any filenames you want to keep, and run them back through a deletion process. My opinion: Probably not worth the effort if this is a one time process, unless you’re an API wizard.
