Phones Won't Resync after registered

Has anyone had issues with phones not resyncing from Zoom portal, but are registered? It seems firewall related but based on the logs I'm not seeing anything be blocked.

hi kelseyp409,

 

resynching only takes place if a change was made to the phone’s configuration.  I did not make any changes and I did not see any message on my Yealink sip-t54w even though I saw a resynch successfully.

Did you make changes to the phones you were testing? 

 

If you made changes to the phone but the resynch did not work, please check to see if all the required ports for zoom phone are open.

So yes, I actually did make a change, but it's not being updated on the phone itself. So it does seem like something is being blocked. I will take a look at the firewall settings you linked.
