Remote control mouse moving but can't click - after recent update

Hi there. A couple of our staff our having issues where they can share their screen and give remote control over but the participant can only move the mouse around. It won't allow them the click or select using the mouse. This has happened after the recent update.

Hi @KirstynO! I know it has been a while since you initially posted, but I want to make sure you receive assistance. Are you still having this issue? If so, I'd love to help you get it resolved.

I've been having this issue more ad more. It's making it difficult to teach (math) to kids. I'd appreciate any help. I've updated to the latest version.

Hello, I am facing the same problem and I do not know how to solve it, the person to whom I give the remote control cannot double click on my computer, we have the latest version of Zoom, I have a Windows system and the other person has a Mac, there is a solution for this? thank you so much!
