Remote control mouse moving but can't click - after recent update

Hi there. A couple of our staff our having issues where they can share their screen and give remote control over but the participant can only move the mouse around. It won't allow them the click or select using the mouse. This has happened after the recent update.

I've been having this issue more ad more. It's making it difficult to teach (math) to kids. I'd appreciate any help. I've updated to the latest version.

Hello, I am facing the same problem and I do not know how to solve it, the person to whom I give the remote control cannot double click on my computer, we have the latest version of Zoom, I have a Windows system and the other person has a Mac, there is a solution for this? thank you so much!

 

Hello crchan 123, I am having this problem and need to solve it for my students. Usually they have no problem using their mice on remote control, but recently they cannot click on anything. They can move the mouse, but it will not click. Can you solve this problem for me. I use the remote feature with my students a lot.

I have this issue as well. It is really frustrating. I have a lot of students and usually we use the remote control feature all the time, but now students mice cannot click on anything, only move around the screen.
