May be I am not able to recharge my account nor am I able to upgrade it.
please rectify my problem and oblised me as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the Zoom Billing team generally does not monitor or assist customers in the Community forum, so you will need to contact Billing directly. Try submitting a request here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
