the Business tariff was mistakenly connected

Good afternoon! Yesterday, the Business tariff was connected by mistake. The service was not used. Now the "Professional" tariff has been returned. Please disable the business rate and refund the payment. The Bizes tariff specifies a payment of $ 199 per year, but 10 licenses are automatically selected there, and the tariff turns out to be very expensive. Therefore, we decided to return the previous version. Please consider my request and help me solve it.
