I changed my email but did not get any confirmation email on my old email to approve that

Can you confirm that you have received the confirmation email at the new address as well? You will need to confirm this change in both the new and old email addresses. If you have not received the email to either, please double check that no-reply@zoom.us is an allowed email and that the emails have not been sent to spam:
Note: For Gmail, you can also search all mail folders by selecting All Mail
under More, then searching for no-reply@zoom.us.
