Paid Pro account but told I have Basic

How do I contact someone at Zoom?

 

I pay for a Pro account monthly and have since June.  My meetings go well over the 40 minutes of a Basic plan but It says I have only Basic.  

 

Can someone suggest how to directly contact Zoom about this problem?  Many, many thanks.
