Zoom support not answering request

We are consolidating the users of two accounts. We did the process and Zoom support contact us indicating that need it confirmation of both owners to consolidate. Both owners replied agreeing to the consolidation. Since then we have not heard from Zoom and we dont know how to proceed with the consolidation...

We are also not able to reach Zoom support. I have logged multiple requests with the portal and even with our PoC ***********
