I am based in the UK and have been using Zoom for several years on a paid account. I need to speak to someone from Zoom urgently because I am being double charged for my account. I have tried a number of approaches but have not been able to contact anyone who can address this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts. Please submit a Support Ticket to Zoom staff at:
