For the end time of the plan, does it match the time of subscribing (eg. subscribe at 9 am on 1st April, it will end at 9 am on 1st May too)? or ends at 11.59 pm on the last day of the subscription plan?

Unfortunately we cannot tell an exact time, but it would be EOD on the last date listed on your invoice service period
