Zoom account upgradtion payment made

Account name : Indian Institute of Astrophysics

We want to upgrade our Zoom account participant to 500 for one month. It got upgraded and we payed Rs.8260, but we noticed we can only host webinars in that and not meetings. Can you please interchange our subscription to utilize the amount for meeting with 500 participants.

The best action to take in this case would be to contact our billing team by submitting a billing ticket. Our billing team will have access to your account and subscription information which our Community team does not have access to at the moment.
