Why does my transaction is pending?

2 days ago, I bought a Zoom one pro plan. After the checkout page, it shows me a message that my transaction is pending. I received an email as below screenshot.
This never happen to me before but this time, and it's already 2 days now and no reply from Zoom team yet.
We plan to use Zoom during this weekend as we have an online event. Please help me process the transaction.

I bought Zoom Pro on March 25, 2024 and canceled it on April 12, 2024, but it is still pending and they did not refund my money. I called them, but the customer service of Zoom does not give me a proper answer at all. it is so frustrating.

They claim that we can cancel our subscription at any time but that's not true. I canceled within less than one month from the date of purshase, but I have big PROBLEM with it.
