Requesting for a full refund thru gcash or gcredit due to unauthorized purchase of Zoom - One Platform to Connect App. Already requested a refund from Google Play but was denied. I was advised to contact directly the Zoom App developer to ask for a refund. The app is not needed. This is a hard earned money, hoping to get a positive feedback.

Hey @reinemarie22, interesting! I see you've opened a couple of tickets with our Zoom Billing Support team, and it appears you'll need to cancel and request your subscription through Google Play store.
