How do you contact a human at Zoom Support?

I have a problem that's impossible to resolve through Zoom's ridiculously complicated "self-help" site. I need to close an old account that I continue to get billed for. 

Has anyone had success getting through to Zoom?

Me too.  Zoom has made it impossible to reach them and does not respond to the online support requests they insist we submit.  Even calling sales or billing results in 30 minus holds with no answer.  Shame on you Zoom, your product is good but your service is infuriating.  Can't even close an account.  You're behaving like ComCast which people grew to hate.

 

AGREED...I can't STAND Comcast!!! You just made my day & confirmed that I need to EXIT comcast NOW.

The customer service at zoom is HORRIBLE

I can't believe this company still exist with this POOR LEVEL of customer service.... I see now I MUST find another platform...Microsoft teams maybe.  There is better out there!!! Zoom is NOT it!

I have tried the AI chat and have spent an exorbitant amount of time on the phone trying to reach someone to ask if I can access an old recording if I resubscribe to my account. I cannot obtain an answer via AI and there is no live support.  This is terrible customer support.  I understand they don't want to answer calls from non-paying customers, but I am trying to re-subscribe, and I cannot receive help to do that.  It is absurd.  I'll go elsewhere with some level of service.
