Processing an order of purchasing Zoom phone makes error.

When placing an order of purchasing a Zoom US/Canada phone number, it makes error in processing.

 

Error message: An error has occurred and we are unable to complete your purchase. Please make sure your information is correct or contact support for assistance. (Error code: 5613)

 

I already contacted Support but no reliable solution.

 

I need help with this as soon as possible.

Error code 5613 typically indicates that there is an issue with the payment method being used. To resolve this, ensure that all payment information is entered correctly, including the card number, expiration date, and security code. Additionally, verify that the billing address matches what your bank has on file. If the problem persists, try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
