Cannot access my room at all.. because my payment is due .. in 2 weeks.

I am unable to use my Zoom account and its been going on for more than a month. my payment is not due for another two weeks, yet my room is being held hostage until they get a new credit card.. I paid for this time.. I am owed a month... Anyone else having issues?
