Cannot Update Account Email

I recently changed jobs, and can no longer access the email that is associated with my paid zoom account.  When I try to update the account email under my profile, It requires me to confirm the email change by going to the original email i can no longer access.  How do I work around this?  Very frustrating as I am paying a monthly subscription fee I cannot utilize.

 

I have gotten stonewalled at every attempt to contact support in every way.  Please help!!

And I DID contact zoom support as directed, but apparently my subscription isn't at a level that offers support.

I have had exactly the same issue and do not get any response from Zoom, extremely frustrating.
