Hello,
I cancelled my plan 09/04/2024 received email confirmation that it was cancelled effective 12/05/2024.
I have since been billed 14/05/2024 and 16/05/2024.
I have not been able to find anywhere to contact to request a refund.
Googling , the advice to is to cancelled and "dispute charges". To do so I had to re-subscribed as the "dispute charges" tab is only available via cancel your plan that only exists with an active plan. This step offers a refund for the last bill but not previous bills.
Can anyone assist?
