The above message is response from zoom support, in my email for refund, I wanted to follow up regarding the response I received from Zoom Support. It's been a week since their message, but I still haven't received the money in my account. I'm really concerned about this issue. Every time I reach out to them again, they inform me that the ticket has been closed. How is that possible when the funds haven't been returned? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I see that you reached out through your Billing ticket on 8/25/2024 and were given the ARN of your refund transaction. Hopefully, your credit card provider was able to help you locate your refund. Please don't hesitate to reach out again if you need further assistance.
