Dear Zoom Refund Team,
I am writing to request a refund for my Zoom Pro subscription.
I subscribed to the Pro plan on September 22, 2024, and on the same day, I requested a refund via the Zoom website’s “Contact Us” feature and canceled the subscription.
However, the refund has not yet been processed, so I am following up with this email. Could you please provide details on the refundable amount and the expected timeline for the refund?
