Cancellation of wrong plan and refund

Hi All Zoom users,

 

Yesterday (16th July'23) I purchased a wrong plan. I cancelled the plan then & there and like to get refund. I am trying to do live chat with their agent but not having proper support from Zoom.

 

Please help/suggest me how can I get refund.

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. Let them know that you purchased the wrong plan and cancelled immediately.
