Billing after Cancellation

I had a Zoom Account for 2 months.  ***********.

 

I cancelled the Billing Renewal notice the day before it was due to Renew and got a Cancellation confirmed message.  But I have still been charged a further  month on my Credit Card.  Amount 88.99 eur on 25th March.

I am looking for a refund.

They seem to do this constantly. BBB has a ton of complaints about this practice. This company is trashy.
