Can it refund the money if I cancelled immediately after mistakenly purchasing and I never use it ?

I would like to inquire about an item that I cancelled immediately after mistakenly purchasing it. However, the system has already deducted the amount from my card. I'm wondering if this amount will be refunded, given that I did not use the item (webinar)  and have already purchased a different item (Large Meeting) instead.
