I had a debt in my account I couldn't find a way to pay on the site. so I decided to buy the same annual plan I had before and changed my credit card. My payment successfully went through. after I got an annual plan I got a pop-up message that I should pay for my previous debt, If I don't do that I will be downgraded. how can fix that? because this is the same annual plan I have debt for and I just paid for.
