Hello,
I would like to request a refund for a recently charged Zoom Workplace Pro Annual subscription.
The subscription was charged at the start of the billing period, but I did not intend to continue with the annual plan. The service has not been actively used since the renewal, and the request is being made immediately after the charge.
As the billing period has just begun, I kindly ask for a full refund in line with Zoom’s refund and cancellation policy.
Please let me know the next steps to proceed with this request.
