Accidentally created Educator Account

I accidentally created an Educator Account and it won't let me login to change the settings. I get the notice below and can't go any further. HELP!  An email with directions for completing the education account activation process was sent to [my email] at Aug 25, 2024 07:58 PM UTC. After the recipient of the email has provided consent to Zoom's Educational Data Collection Practices, your organization may use this account.

I tried doing this before but it wouldn’t let me login to get to a support ticket. I had to create a whole different account with a different email to get the ticket in. Hopefully that will work.
