Adding a Zoom user to pro account

We created a worksplace pro account with licenses. If we invite Other users who also have a basic or work place pro,  will they lose their zoom schedules and their own recordings they have on their account? Will their zoom schedules and recording tranfer over after their license gets merged / upgraded with our account?

Thank you for posting your questions. When you invite users to join your account, they will still retain their scheduled meetings and recordings.

@Sunman - Further to what @lancetlc said, if you bring users into your account and they are licensed correctly, all of their meetings, recordings, chats and schedules (assuming you mean scheduler schedules vs. scheduled meeting) should all come across with them.

@Sunman - Further to what @lancetlc said, if you bring users into your account and they are licensed correctly, all of their meetings, recordings, chats and schedules (assuming you mean scheduler schedules vs. scheduled meeting) should all come across with them.

Thank for taking the time to answer. These are great answers. I was just worried that some things wont get port over when the users join.

@Sunman - As long as your license covers all the products they have, they will copy over.  You just don't want to invite users who have products, such as phone, since that will prevent the consolidation.

Hello everyone,

I appreciate the question and answer on this topic. I am also considering adding users to my Zoom Workplace Pro account and knowing that their schedules and recording will be imported is a big relief.

I guess that means that their previous meetings history will also be imported? This is quite important for me as I need to be able to download meeting reports to give to clients as proof of work.

I would greatly appreciate any help with this question.

@Ed_Tyrrell - Unfortunately, logs and reports do not come over with the users, only the future meetings, recordings, chats and the like.
