Since I quit Zoom between meetings, every time I join a new meeting via clicking on a Zoom link in my calendar, this window pops up:I do not use this window. I do not want this window to appear simply because I joined a meeting. I close this window every single time it opens. Is there anything I can do to prevent this window from opening every time I join a meeting?

Hi, I've spent 30 minutes searching for the answer to this.I enabled breakout rooms, but there was no icon in the menu. I restarted my Mac, restarted the Zoom app but still there is no breakout room icon. One tutorial said the BR icon is in 'More'. I have no More option.Any clues?I did see someone say they reinstalled the app and it fixed the issue. Is that as simple as trashing Zoom and then downloading the app again? Will my paid account automatically reconnect with the app? Is this what I should do?Thanks

My co-host was unable to login and received the message "host cannot join the meeting." They ended up having to sign in through another account. Suggestions?

When your organization is approved for a Zoom Cares discount, does the discount code apply to all accounts associated with the organization or do you need to submit a code request for each individual account?

Hello I've been trying to port numbers away from Zoom with the PIN number provided in the Phone Section. However, my porting destination (ZohoVoice) has been reporting failures due to incorrect PIN.  How can I resolve this issue? Where can I get the correct PIN for porting away from ZOOM? thanks! 

Hi, I didn't wanted to renew and Zoom team have processed my payment without my consent at all! I have been more than half an hour trying to find a contact email and seems IMPOSSIBLE. Please help here. Where do I have to write to get the money back?  Thank you

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the meeting link? We have a problem with "Zoom Bombing." Pranksters joining our meetings and performing lewd acts. To solve the problem we are instigating pre-registration, but having a new link would help.

Hi everyone, most of my therapy sessions are on Zoom. I’ve tried Zoom’s AI summary feature, but for therapy notes it feels too generic and doesn’t capture DAP or SOAP style documentation well. What AI tools are people using to turn Zoom sessions into solid therapy notes? Looking for something that handles clinical language better, supports templates, and is mindful of privacy and compliance. Any workflows you recommend, or tools to avoid?

A friend has a new Windows 11 laptop, with latest Zoom Workplace installed (don’t know how to find his version).  He has “Original Sound For Musicians” on, with High Fidelity checked, echo cancellation not checked.  His voice comes through fine, but instrument notes are not.  It is clear echo cancellation is on.  We tried turning on echo cancellation, then turning it off (which works on my computers when echo cancellation appears stuck on), but no amount of switching microphone modes, turning various combinations of original sound for musician options on/off, is working on his computer.Any ideas what he can try?  

I went to the Usage Reports and tried to run a report on 2 meetings I ran last week (October 18/20) and it couldn't find those meetings in the previous meeting list. This has been requested by my client. My meeting ID is/was: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88100035790. This was a meeting that was set up, along with a whole series last year in November. I really need this list to confirm who attended on each day. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I have got a new laptop, which I am using to schedule Zoom meetings for the first time today. The Zoom invitations are defaulting to an email account that is not my default account in Outlook. It is also not an account that I use at all to sign-in to my Zoom account. And I am not able to change the send account in Outlook from the invitation. Any ideas about why this is happening and how I can get round it, please?

Hi.In our zoom meetings, sometimes the cohost will accidentally mute the host and then they don’t have the ability to unmute him, without sending a request, which he may not always see. Is there a way of either. Allowing cohosts to unmute the host or preventing the cohost from muting the host?

Hi, I teach a zoom movement class using a lapel mic and Apple music. I share audio coming from my macbook to which I have speakers attached. I used to be able to set the music volume for the meeting as separate from my system and ext. speaker volume and now I can’t. I need the music louder in my space (coming out of my speakers) so I can talk over it and still hear the beat for my movements.Now, my previous settings are not working. The volume that allows the meeting participants to hear me is the same as my speaker volume and I cannot make my speaker volume any louder. Macbook and zoom are up to date. I select Share Advanced, Audio Stereo, then play the playlist, and set the volume at 2 bars which is now too quiet for me to hear with my speaker turned up all the way. If I raise the system volume to 3 bars, the participants can’t hear me over the music. Apple music has an audio setting and that is all the way up. Try to find the installation package 'Zoominstallerfull.msi' in a folder from which you can install Zoom Workplace (64-bit)." I have downloaded the most recent available version of the MSI and placed it into this folder, but this also does not work. I am in need of the msi installer for this particular version to proceed with removal and updating.
