I began receiving this message, "An unknown error has occurred" a month ago when trying to Live stream a Meeting to my Facebook profile.  How can I resolve this?

Hello,I was charged for my monthly subscription today less than one hour ago.I have not used the service at all.I cancelled the subscription immediately after the charge.I kindly request a refund as a one-time exception.Thank you.

I tried touch up my appearance.  Hated the orange lipstick effect.  Toggled it off and rebooted computer.  Still have orange lips despite the change/reversal.  Please advise how to rectify.  

I just started my own small business and set up a zoom phone number.  I am still working part-time at my former job until they can find a replacement.  My former employer also used Zoom phones.   Here is the question, I'd like to connect to both systems during the workday on one computer, so I can monitor both while working.  Is there any way to do this or is the only solution to open the different systems on different computers? Thanks for any insight.

I used Production Studio to make a scene template for my Zoom Event. How do I make use of that template for the various sessions in my Event? The documentation is very silent on scene templates.

Within the past month or so, whenever I schedule a meeting and add invitees, they do not receive the email. I have to send a separate email with a Zoom link that I copied from the original. How do I fix this? It is very frustrating that people are not receiving the emails for the meeting. Please help! Thanks, Chris

I work with a group of kids who discovered a way to scribble all over the screen as I'm presenting, as well as all the emojis at their disposal. Is there a way to disable this scribbling feature? I don't mind interactive chatting (to a limit) but the drawings are a bit disruptive. Grateful if you can help out!

I cannot add/change my virtual background because Zoom crashes when the open file dialog box appears. The cursor will spin for a minute, then zoom will crash. Any troubleshooting ideas would be welcome. I have already uninstalled using the clean uninstaller tool, and then reinstalled. The problem persists and occurs on Zoom only.This is what it looks like just before crashing. The dialog appears, the cursor changes to the "waiting cursor",  you cannot interact with the screen, then it crashes. It's not intermittent - it's every single time.  **** UPDATE: 2022-01-25 *****I just updated to Version 5.9.3 (3169) and the issue is resolved.

I was not aware that the subscription would renew at that time, and I noticed the payment only afterward.I understand that, according to Zoom’s Terms of Service, charges are generally non-refundable once processed. My son is 15, will be 16 in May.  He needs to have a zoom account setup with his name for online driving classes.  Because he's 15 it won't allow me to set an account up for him.

I've been reading that when I use my Yamaha MG10XU mixer, the voice output to zoom (and then to remote attendees) is reduced and I must increase the gain and consequently more noise.    Is this true?  I'm running W11 on a thinkpad i7 64 bit, 24gb Memory.  Using Ethernet or wifi connections?  Zoom Ver 6.5.12 Thank you for your assistance.  Peter

Hi - I'm trying to utilize a 3rd party survey link for meetings and I believed the setting was disabled by our IT team. However, when our IT team looked into it, they said that the 3rd party survey toggle was visible for a few days while they investigated in early January, but then disappeared from their settings at the end of January. They shared a screenshot with me that shows a box that says "Hosts will no longer be able to use 3rd-party survey links in newly and previously scheduled meetings."Is it true that 3rd party survey links are no longer able to be used at all? Or is it still an option, but the toggle moved to somewhere else recently? 

I have online music classes for a long time. Suddenly, from this week, two students encountered the same issue during the class, which is that the setting to original audio does not stop Zoom from auto-suppressing the sound. I can't hear their their piano playing at all, and all background noise disappeared too. I changed devices using a phone, iPad and Windows laptop, the issue persists. I'm sure it's not my receiving side's issue. It's the issue with the device of my students. They both use Apple products, iPhone and iPad. Is there an iPad upgrade that conflicts with the Zoom setting? Has anybody encountered the same issue as I did?

I have a one-time webinar I created in Events. It looks like it may go over the cap on our Unlimited Event Licence. Is there a way to add the Pay Per Attendee Add-On licence to my account so we can pay per attendee for any overages? Or is the only way to increase the attendee size to move up to the next size on the event's annual plan?

I schedule meetings through Zoom Pro regularly. For about two to three months now, I have not had breakout rooms available in my Zoom app (using Windows 11).I've tried contacting the support team who confirmed that everything in my account was set up correctly, but couldn't help me with the missing breakout rooms. Unfortunately, I cannot upload images as of yet. Things I have tried so far (all with the desired effect):go through all the settings in my profile for breakout rooms, checked several times whether breakout rooms were available (and Zoom support has confirmed that it is set-up correctly in my account)uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom to make sure I have the latest version availabletried hosting meetings both on Windows and iOStried making another person to the host in my meeting, but he did not have breakout rooms available then eithertried starting meetings directly from the app (instead of via link)Nothing.
