Unrecognize puchasing pro subscription

Hello, Zoom customer center manager.
I am using an account, and I would like to request a refund for my recent Zoom subscription pro pricing plan.
The payment was made on August 8, 2026, and was unintentionally updated automatically and deducted on my E-wallet without my permission.
I would like to request a refund considering that it has been terminated from the current account and has not been used yet and and I am not working, I am a full time mom with my child with special condition. I need my money full refunded for my family needs ASAP!
If you need any additional information, please feel free to let me know. Thank you for your kind and considerate.

Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out. We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating.

For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.

For additional context, you can also review our article on canceling subscriptions and unexpected charges.
