Great question. Whether others can see a document depends on where it is stored and how access has been configured.

Documents are not automatically visible to others. Access is controlled by the owner, and in Zoom Canvas/Docs, by any co-owners who have been assigned. Others can only view or interact with a doc if they have been granted a permission level, such as Viewer, Commenter, Editor, or Co-owner.

These permissions can be updated later if you need to change who has access.
